Session Description

The ONUG Software-Managed Infrastructure Framework combines four management working groups including Network State Collection, Correlation, and Analytics; Traffic Monitoring/Visibility; Common Tools for Automated Configuration and Change Management; and SDN Federation/Operability. The chairmen of these four working groups routinely meet to ensure that all groups are moving toward a collective   software-managed infrastructure framework in the context of a software-defined world.

In this session, the ONUG Software-Managed Infrastructure Framework will be presented for the first time in public and shared with the ONUG Community.

Additionally, the winners of the ONUG Grand Challenge Hackathon, sponsored by SDN Hub, will present their winning network automation project, which was based upon the requirements outlined by the Software-Managed Infrastructure framework.
